Our warranty, plainly stated.

If your candle arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no additional cost.

If you experience a genuine manufacturing defect during normal use, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

This warranty does not cover misuse, improper burning, failure to follow candle care instructions, or normal cosmetic variations associated with handcrafted products.
